In the last 24 hours one sore formed in the upper right hand section of my gums, in the last 2 hours another sore formed in the front of my mouth on the gums. Both are white and stick out instead of in like a canker sore. They are about a half a cent in diameter. Both have a low intensity constant burning feeling to them. I was wondering what it could be and if I should seek treatment or just wait for them to disappear.

  • You can wait for a day or two if the number increases or the intensity increases then visit your dentist. In the mean time maintain very good oral hygeine and use some antimicrobial mouth wash. Try not to irritate these sores. For more info on canker sores you can visit the follwing
