What's the likelihood of a root canal tooth with an existing, acceptable crown getting a fracture on its own?

  • Chances of fracture of Root Canal Treated tooth with acceptable crown on top of it are quite less. The fracture happens only if the tooth gets decayed below the crown making the tooth week and hence the fracture or the tooth structure left after the Root Canal Treatment ie the core part of tooth on which crown is given is not sufficient to support the crown, even then the fracture can happen.
