  • The normal age or eruption of upper front teeth is 7 years but sometimes if there is early loss then eruption can be preponed or delayed depending on the amount of bone present on the adult teeth. If other adult teeth have erupted and his two front teeth have not come then you can go to dentist and get an xray done to see the position of the tooth bud of adult tooth. The dentist will come to know by seeing the position of tooth bud that how much time it is going to take for teeth to erupt. If needed sometimes incision is given to enhance the eruption of adult teeth. For more info on children dentition you can read this article.. www.identalhub.com/article_human-dentition-233.aspx
