Problems after upper labial frenulum excision

I had 6 front teeth pulled and a top denture put in 6 weeks ago the dentist removed the upper labial frenulum. my lip is hanging and my nostril are larger is this from the upper labial frenulum removal? Can I have this fixed?

Upper labial frenum excision do not cause such problem. It may be due to the upper front teeth which are out. Some times when the teeth are put they do not form the proper arch or they are not properly positioned because of which the lips looks unsupported and it gives broader looks to the face. You can discuss this with your dentist and if possible get the adjustments done.Some times minor adjustments in the denture solve the problems.
