i am missing all molars except on the upper right side....implants are not an option for me ....can partials be made to replace the missing teeth or do i have to have something radical done like removal of all teeth and dentures ?

  • If al the molars are missing and you do not want to go for the implants then going for partials is the option for you. In that you can go for cast metal partial dentureas which are quite good. For temporary bases the acrylic partials can also be used. If the remaining teeth are god and strong then there is no need to extract them and go for the dentures.
