my upper jaw teeths completely cover my lower front teeths and now rub against eachother,lower teeths are becoming thin,what should be done?i am 35 n dont want to wear bracesor remove any of my teeths for braces

  • Normakly upper front teeth cover around 2 to 3 mm of lower front teeth this is called overbite But in your case the upper teeth are completely covering the lower teeth this is called deep bite. In such cases one faces problems and the severity of the problem will increase with time. You have to get the bite raised and that can be done with braces.
