i got a filling a 6 weeks ago, it just broke off five days ago. i'll have enough money to redo it, in a month. what are the potential problems that could go wrong with my tooth in a month? i'll continue to floss, brush, and rinse. i'll probably have to pay. because i dont want to go back to the same dentist. thanks. it was a small filling that broke off. do i have to be careful what i drink/eat? - hot foods, sugary substances? thanks

  • You should get the filling done as soon as possible. Till then you have to maintain very good oral hygeine and avoid eating from that side. make sure that no food is left in the cavity area. Do the regular flossing and brushing.
