  • It is very difficult to visualise the at chipp is at the  bottom of tooth. Normally when the tooth chips, it is at eating surface. Now if chip has occurred, you have to get it restored before it affects the whole tooth. Sometimes the plaque deposit near the gum margin looks like chip when it comes out. If that is the case then you simply have to get the scaling done. So better visit a dentist and get it diagnosed. Small chipps can be easily restored by composite restoration material.
