  • If the pain is there only while eating sweets and it goes away as soon as the stimuli is not there then you must be havng some decayed tooth and filling wlll serve the purpose but if the pain is persistent even after the stmuli is removed then the decayed tooth may be infected and may be you have to go for the root canal treatment. Your dentist will makethe diagnosis after clinically examining the tooth and taking the X-ray's.
