I did the zoom today. Can I chew sugar free gum? I am concern because I am sure it has some artificial color. Its green. Trident extra care. My teeth hurt a bit right now. Just started actually. 6 hrs later. I already brushed with regular whitening toothpaste. I am sure that didnt help!!. Is there anything I can do to help the pain? Is herbal tea ok? I will appreciate your help on this! Thank you very much, Yona Gindi

  • Yes you can chew sugar free gum. The color is not going to affect your teeth. It is normal to have pain and sensitivity after teeth whitening. You can brush your teeth with some desensitising tooth paste. It will take care of your sensitivity. For pain you can take some pain killer tab and follow all instructions given by your dentist.
