Hi, i have root canal treatment these days & the next time will be the last appointment to finish my treatment , but sometimes i feel a dull pain , is it normal & what is the cause of it ? thanks

  • Before getting the root canal filling done there should not be any pain. The tooh should be comfortable. If you have pain that means the infection is still there and it is not treated properly. Some tims the dull pain is there because the periapical area is not healed. You can tell this to your dentist and wait for couple of days before getting the tooth filled. If once you get the filling done and pain starts again then to get the retreatment done is very difficult.
