  • You must be feeling pain in some other teeth and it must be referred sensitivity as root canal treated teeth cannot be sensitive as they are non vital. If root canal is not successful and if there is some problem, you may feel pain but not sensitivity. So get the adjacent teeth checked with xrays and exam. You have not written why you neede RCT for these teeth. If it  was due to wearing of teeth then may be adjacent teeth are also weared off and that is why you are having sensitivity. So schdule and appointment with dentist and get xrays done to find out exact cause.
