I went to the dentist 3 months a go they took a x ray and everything was fine. So I went to the dentist again yesterday and my dentist said that I have resorption on my tooth number 30, wich she said already have a root canal and crown. She told me that I need to remove that tooth. Please is that anything I can do to save my tooth? How could that even be possible ? In 3 months from one x ray to another to lead into lose my tooth?

  • It is difficult to comment without seeing xray. If you donot have any symptoms then there is no need but if you have pain, swelling or puss discharge then either you have get re-root canal done or get the tooth removed. It all depends on amount of resorption that has taken place. You can take a second opionion or can discuss with your dentist.
