  • The detachment of gums can be because of some inflammation of the gums or it can be because of the traumatic bite. Sometimes the gums get detached because of the high frenum attachment. The treatment depends upon the cause of the gum detachment. If it is because of the inflammation then you have to maintain good oral hygiene and do warm saline rinses. You can use some OTC gum paint also. If it is because of the traumatic bite then you have to visit the dentist and get the treatment done. If it is because of the high frenum then maybe you have to get the frenectomy done. So visit your dentist and and find out the cause and get the treatment done.
