  • After getting the root canal treatment done, you have to get a crown made on that tooth so that the filling does not come out or the tooth does not crack as after root canal treatment, the tooth becomes quite brittle. Gums turning black around the tooth can be due to some gum infection which can be due to infected tooth or it can be just gum infection. For this you have to visit you dentist to get it checked and proper treatment.
