Okay, so for a few months now, I've been getting a sore above my front tooth. It is a little bump, and sometimes it pops and white stuff comes out. It goes away and then comes back. Its pretty small. But last night I looked at it and it is almost a brown/red color and it bled a little. I'm really scared and it freaks me out. I have no idea what a going on. Someone help me!!!):

  • It looks like that you have either infected gum or some infection in the tooth. In these cases you have lump in the gums with white head. It is not very painful. If it would have been ulcer, it would be quite painful and the area around it is red. visit your dentist and get yourself examined. It is difficult to diagnosisi without clinical examination. Till then you can maintain very good oral hygiene and do warm saline rinses. If it is ulcer which is commonly knowns as canker sore, it will heal within 7-10 days as it is self limiting but if it is due to gum infection or infected tooth then you may have pain and swelling afterwards.
