Having a severe toothache from jaw going across gums

  • Toothache can be because of decayed tooth or due to gum problem. Your symptoms are vague as the treatment is according to signs, symptoms and cause. If it is due to tooth decay then you may  have to go for root canal treatment and if it is due to gum problem then gum treatment is needed. For the time being you can take some pain killer tab and maintain good oral hygiene and avoid eating from that side.
