  • Bump in the lower gum can be either due  to gum infection or due to infected tooth. Treatment depends on cause. If it is due to gum infection then gum treatment has to be done which can be the SCRP or gum surgery depending on severity of conditon. If it is due to infected tooth then Root canal treatment of tooth is done if possible. So go to your dentist and get exam and xray done and find out the cause.
