while removing tooth dr poked hole into sinus cavity. was told have chnce will heal itself.hole looks like cleft. can I wear deture without having hole repaired & is it nesessary to repair if it doesn't heal itself

  • Normally the perforated sinus which creates a hole, heals itself but if it does not heal then you have to get it repaired as communication of sinus with  oral cavity can cause recurrent infections in sinus. So for the time being you can wear the dentures but it is always advisable to get the hole repaired.
