I am scheduled for multiple extractions and alveoloplasty and was wondering if I should do this awake and an average on how long it usually takes

  • Normally this procedure is done under local anesthesia and no sedation is required. But if you are really apprehensive and anxious then sometimes sedation is given. This you have to discuss with your dentist. You can opt for laughing gas. The length of procedure depends on the type of tooth extraction and number of teeth needed to be extracted.
