It started to hurt about 3 days ago. Then today I notice when I was brushing my teeth it infected part of my gum near one tooth. So it bled and now it's sore. I thought maybe it could be a canker sore, but I've never had one on the roof.. It's Saturday so I can't go to the dentist, I was wondering if anyone knew what it could be or has been through this. Thanks

  • Though it can’t be diagnosed without manual examination but it seems as if it’s an abscess due to infected tooth. Since you can’t see a dentist so I would suggest you to take any ibuprofen .

Apply cold compress in the affected area. Never loose the ice pack for more than 10 minutes. This can damage the area and don't poke the area again and again.

See the dentist ASAP since gum infection can be harmful. For more info on gum infections you can see the link...http://www.identalhub.com/articlecategory-gum-diseases-9.aspx
