I have a sensitive area on my gum line behind my two front teeth. There doesn't appear to be any swelling or redness and my gums do not bleed. This has been an issue for about 2 weeks. Please advise and thanks in advance.

This sensitive gums  can be because of some kind of deposit or the trauma. Some times while eating some thing hurts or some food gets impacted causing the sensitive gums. For this you can do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day and apply some OTC available gum paint. It will help. Maintain very good oral hygiene and try not to irritate that area. If it does not subsides with in a week you should visit the dentist.
