I have a bump 3/4 of the way to the back of my tongue on the top that isn't raised, it's more in my tongue. It appeared a year ago when I was dehydrated and had dry mouth. It disappeared, then re-appeared 2-3 weeks ago. It's a hard bump that looks normal on top but is a little white, almost like a callus. What do you suggest I do?

  • It looks like that you have deposits on the tongue as it is not painful and white in color. Try to gently clean the tongue and it can disappear and if it does not then you have to go to your dentist who can after doing clinical examination and clinical histry can make diagnosis. Till then maintain good oral hygiene. for more info on tongue cleaning you can check this link in our website... http://www.identalhub.com/articlecategory-tongue-cleaning-52.aspx
