When my newly tooth started growing when I was a kid, I had an accident and feel while riding my bike and landed on my tooth. My tooth got black and then healed, but i have a dot right in the middle that is completely white. It's perfect 100% white and very noticeable. How can i fix this. I think I will need some kind of treatment, can you give me a list.

  • White spots on the tooth is not the calcium deposits but as you are giving history of trauma, it can be hypoplasia of enamel or it can be incipient lesion. This can only be diagnosed after clinical examination. If it is incipient lesion which is intial caries lesion with cavitation, then it can be treated by maintaing good oral hygiene and fluoride application but if it is hypoplasia of enamel then you have to go for composite veneering. So schedule an appointment with your dentist for necessary treatment. For more info on cavities you can check this link.... http://www.identalhub.com/articlecategory-dental-caries-7.aspx
