i have toothache located lower right side. it's a molar. it has had a root canal and permanent crown. it only hurts when I lie down. it is not sensitive to hot/cold and it does not hurt to chew. could this be a sinus issue?

  • If you only get the pain when you lie down it probably is due to your sinus. Try taking an antihistamine for a few days and see if it clears up. Tylenol Cold and Sinus might work too.
