  • For the gum injury, only salt water is not sufficient. Along with salt water rinses which you have to do 3-4 times a day, you should massage your gums with some good gum pain available otc. For sometime avoid eating the food which irritates the gums or be very careful. Repeated irritation of the gums will not let the wounds heal. If this does not heal the wound then you have to consult a dentist and may be you have to take antibiotics for this. for more info on gum problems you can check this link in our website... http://www.identalhub.com/articlecategory-gum-diseases-9.aspx
