Just got new full standard dentures. My upper has rocked from left to right. I told my dentist 2 times. The 1st time he put in a tempoary lining. That did not work so I went back the 2nd time and he did the temporary lining again and that did not work and I tolf him it still was rocking and he told me that to eat food chewing up and down instead of eating side to side. What should I do? :(

  • If the upper denture is rocking then you have to get it adjusted. either the denist will do the selective grinding or the rebasing is done. If it can not be adjusted then may be you have to go for the new denture but before that you have to find out the cause of rocking so the same problem does not come in the new denture.
