If there is caries on one maxillary first molars what is the possibility that there is caries on the other maxillary first molar?

  • There is no specific pattern that if one tooth is carious, then antimere tooth is also carious. But if we see from our clinical experience, normally, the other antimere tooth is also carious. May be it is because of same morphology of the tooth.
