Can placing a dental implant be possible immediately after extraction of the short root where a crown lengthening was done before, can this be possible and in this case can a bone grafting alongside the implant compensate for the previous crown lenghthening procedure which I'm not satisfied with?? How to reverse the crown lenghthening? Can the short root be strengthened by placing a special type of Post inside it

  • If the tooth is not infected and extraction is simple then dental implant can be put immediately after extraction.. If the bone is less then bone grafting can be done to compensate for the bone loss. Visit  your dentist who will do the clinical examination and take the X-ray to decide the best treatment plan for you.
