What if I was strongly recommended to get the expander, but I decide to get the braces on immediately without having the expander? Will my teeth be harmed in different ways? Will it look better at least?

  • It is difficult to comment on this with out seeing the case clinically. The expanders are given if the crowding is there and the arch is narrow. so if you are recommended for expanders you should go for those before getting the braces to get the best results.
