My 9 year old has sensitive teeth. The Children's Dentist told us to use Sensodyne Pro Namel for Children toothpaste. After researching we found that is no longer being made and the sample he gave us is out dated. Question is: what toothpaste will be good for building up enamel and sensitivity for a 9 year old

  • In 9 year old child there is no need to use tooth paste for sensitive teeth. These toothpastes are not recommended for children. You have to find out the cause of sensitivity which can be either some carious tooth or some gingival problem. Sometimes due to erupting teeth or the tooth which is in erupting process causes sensitivity. Just try to maintain good oral hygiene with brushing twice a day and if any decay is there then get the same filled. for more info on children dentistry you can check this link in our website...http://www.identalhub.com/articlecategory-children-dentistry-33.aspx
