I have a growth at the top of my gumline that is very painful when I wipe the bottom of my nose. I have a bridge under that area where the teeth were placed and that gum area sunk in. Now that area is causing pain at the top of the gum line. What could it be?

  • It looks lie you have gingivitis in relation to the bridge which is put in the front teeth. This happens because of the poor oral hygeine or when the gap develpos between the teeth and the gum . this gap is there because the gums are not cleaned properly in that area and food lodgement is there. Now you have to visit the dentist who after clinical examination will tell the exact cause and do the treatment. If needed may be the bridge has to be changed.till then you can do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day and can keep that aea clean.
