I am 28 years old. I have an overbite and crowding(overlapped front teeth) in my lower jaw. I would like to get braces, however I had my first and second molars extracted on both sides in my lower jaw. Can I still be able to get orthodontics treatment? Will I need implants or other alternatives? Thank you.

  • Yes, Braces are possible rather in such cases the braces are indicated . If there is insufficient space then your orthodontist can utilize the space created by the extraction of the teeth. If the space is not needed then your orhodontist will retain the space and after the alignment of the teeth you can go for the replacement of the teeth with dental implants.
