i daily chew tobacco with pan masala since 16 years now my age is 33 years now i have pain in my teeths and i would like to remove stains.how can i do it

  • If you donot stop chewing tobacoo then even if you get rid of stains, they will come back. It is better for you to stop using chewing tobacco. Tobacco stains can be removed by getting cleaning done from dentist. You can use from OTC bleaching gels. At home you can use baking power and hydrogen peroxide paste to remove the stains. Whitening tooth pastes are also available in the market but best method is to get cleaning and polishing from dentist and after that stop chewing tobacco.
