I needed to have four of my premolar tooths extracted in order to get braces, as my teeth are very crowded. So far ive had my premolar tooth removed of my upper right. Pain for 1.5 days. Two days later i had my other premolar tooth removed (lower right). After the extraction, the tooth infront of my premolar (canine) really hurts and is the tiniest bit wobbly, i cant even eat on the right side. Can you please help me?

  • The pain might be due to traumatic extraction. Removing a premolar tooth for orthodontic purposes brings trauma to adjacent canine. You don't need to worry as the pain will subside in a  week or so. Follow the course of medications as told to you by your dentist and avoid eating any solid food for at least a week. Avoid spitting, smoking and drinking from straw...for more info on do's and dont's after tooth extraction visit the link...http://www.identalhub.com/article_do's-and-don'ts-after-tooth-extraction-153.aspx
