  • Sore gums are because of gum disease and if they are bleeding also that means you have inflamation of the gums known as the gingivitis. The main cause of the gingivitis is the poor oral hygeine or deposits on the teeth. The deposits on the teeth irritates the gums and cause the bleeding and the soreness of the gums. For this you can do warm saline rinses and maintain good oral hygeine. You can get the SCRP done to remove the deposits.
