I am having a debridement cleaning that my dentist is charging 153 for (with aetna dmo) and 6 cavaties for around 700 dollars with my insurance is this what it should cost? and ive never had a debridement before.

  • Yes for debridement cleaning they charge. Rest it depends on dentist and area. In Aetna DMO it is not covered and only simple prophylaxis is covered free once in 6 months. for filling it depends on number of fillings. Filling cost depends on type and class of filling. Whether it is single surface, double, triple or more.
