Hi I am a dental student and was wondering if you would answer a few questions for me for my paper, thank you. 1. What personal qualities or abilities are important for doing well in this kind of work? 2. For you, what part of this job is most satisfying? Most challenging? 3. What qualifications, experience, do you look for when interviewing new people in this field? If this person does not do the interviewing, then what would he or she look for in a co-worker? 4. Do you hold any additional certifications/degrees? If so, how do you feel this has impacted your current position? What additional education would this person recommend in order to advance in this career field? 5. What advice would you have for someone like me, who is training in this field?

  • Hi Sarah, good to know that you are a dental student. Dentistry is not only about theory. It is art and science. With theory you should have good practical hand along with good diagnostic skill.. Lot of patience and one should have good communication skill .A dentist should be a good listener also. Here you are dealing with the patients who are some times very apprehensive. You have to make them comfortable by talking to them or listening to them.Every procedure is very satisfying. if you are passionate about your job.  So my advice is .be passionate whatever you are doing and you will be successful. Wish you all the best.If you want any help you can visit our website identalhub.com
