Hello, Recently I felt pain from my lower right wisdom tooth, which hasn't erupted. I proceeded with rinsing in order to fight bacteria and infection and pain vanished. I've made Panoramic x-ray radiography and it shows, I guess, mesioangular impaction. Is this severe and should I remove my wisdom tooth, or maybe, all of them? What else can you say about by x ray? I will greatly appreciate your help! • From your pano xray, it looks like that right tooth has mesioangular impaction and it has to be pulled out otherwise it can even affect the adjacent tooth. If you are getting lower one pulled out then upper one has to be pulled out also. On the other side, the angulation is correct but space seems to be less but if you donot have any problem on that side, you can wait to see if it comes out normally. for more info on wisdom teeth you can check this link in our website.... http://www.identalhub.com/articlecategory-wisdom-teeth-47.aspx
