I do not not because of a problem. I had some dental work done on one side about 2 months ago and started chewing on the othe side and out of habit have continue. I was just wondering if that was healthy for teeth and gums on the opposite side?

  • No,  if you donot chew from other then that side is badly affected as chewing is healthy and necessary for teeth and gums. So you should chew from both sides otherwise one side will be affected more and you can end up having even TMJ problem lateron along with  tooth and gum problems.
