is there not a procedure using implants to hold a one piece denture that would not have the palette attached, instead of single tooth implants, that is so costly...or do I have to say goodbye to some pleasures , no open mouth kisses, food taste bland sinus problems are worse with false pallete d/t denture

  • If you donot want the palate part then implants is the only option in which implants are put on ridge and above that crowns are put. There is no palate in that case. Yes this is costly as single implant costs around $3500 on avg and minimum 6 in upper and 6 in lower are needed.
