Hello.. R L * * * 5 * 3 2 11 2 3 * * * 7 * This is my lower jaw picture: Numbers (5, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3, 7) are representing my original teeth Starts (*) are missing teeth Numbers and stars underline (right site 5, *,) and ( left site 3, *, *, *, 7,) are old bridges (made around 8 years ago) I would like to replace all my teeth in my lower jaw with the new long porcelain bridge. I understand that it make sense if I do couple of implants between the missing teeth. I have e question; as you can see I don’t have the last tooth on my right side, which will help to be connected with the bridge. Can you please give me idea if the porcelain bridge will be possible to do it with out implants in this case? I hope you will understand my picture. Thank you, Alba

  • It is better if you go for an implant on right side as you have missing 6 & 7. Porcelain bridge is possible but that will be cantilever in which the support is taken from front teeth and there is no support on back teeth but cantilever bridges are not very successful. On the left side as bridge span will be very big it is better to go for one implant in between to have long lasting bridge.
