It's very difficult for me to breathe through my nose, so I end up breathing through my mouth and lately I've been having bad breath. Brushing, cleaning my tongue, and using mouth wash do not seem to be helping.

  • The bad breath is surely due to mouth breathing and you have to stop that. For this you have to find out the cause of mouth breathing. If it is because of large adenoids or deviated nasal septum or because of any other obstruction then you have to get these treated. If it is habitual then your dentist can make a appliance called Oral Screen, which will help you to breath thru nose.
