My gums are very swollen and it has been like that for over a week, I have been taking antibiotics and pain medication. I have mouth blisters. I had my wisdom tooth removed and the pain went away from the bottom right side and the swollen went away. The problem went away in half of my mouth but i keep on haviing it. I am feeling very desperately i really need for the problem to go away. I had not eaten a lot for 5 days. HELP!!!!

  •  First of all you have to find out the exact cause of your gum swelling. It can be because of poor oral hygeine which causes the deposit or It can be because of some infection or because of the wisdom tooth. The treatment will be according to that. If after the removal of wisdom tooth the half side was fine then may be the other side is also because of the wisdom tooth. You should visit the dentist and get the proper diagnosis made. tTll then try to maintain very good oral hygeine and do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day. iI is really very helpful. Without seeing the case clinically it is very difficult to  make the dianosis. If you want to know more about the gum diseases you can visit the following link on our web site........
