I HAVE 8 MISSING TOP FRONT TEETH, ALL MY BOTTOM TEETH ARE GOOD,I HAD MY WISDOM TEETH TAKEN OUT YEARS AGO, LEAVING ME WITH A TOTAL OF 6 UPPER TEETH AND 14 BOTTOM TEETH. MY PROBLEM IS THAT I WANT PARTIAL DENTURES AT THE TOP AND NOT FULL DENTURES, IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A PARTIAL WITH 8 MISSING FRONT TEETH IN A ROW MADE. PLEASE HELP, I DO NOT WANT MY 6 GOOD TEETH TO HAVE TO BE PULLED OUT, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM. I JUST HAD ALL THE 20 TEETH REMAINING CLEANED AND POLISHED.

  • Yes it is possible to have partial dentures. You need not get the other six teeth pulled out if they are health and are not mobile. You can go for removable partial denture or even go for fixed bridges or implants. In partial dentures, these can be acrylic or cast metal partial dentures which are quite convenient though expensive.
