my son is four and had his first exam they found a few cavities between his teeth and i was wondering how important it is to get them filled or do I really not need to?

  • I do not know whether his all the baby teeth has erupted or not. Normally at the age of three years children have ten teeth in lower arch and ten in upper arch. But some times the second baby molar comes late. If there is no cavity or sore then may be the second baby molars are coming out and because of that there is pain.
