  • Little bleeding while brushing is normal if there is not pain and swelling in the gums. Sometimes bleeding is there while brushing if one has not brushed at night or some food is impacted. Further the black lines can be the stains if they are not cavity and these stains can be due to beverages ie. coffee, coke and sometimes because of some medicines like iron tonic etc. If your dentist has not mentioned anything about infection then you should not worry but maintain good oral hyg and visit your dentist after every 6 months.
