I have braces at this time. they are long overdue for removal. However they can only be removed if my gums reduce in size, as they are currently swollwen (excessively behind my two front teeth). In order for me to get the 'invisible ' retainers they have to return to normal or as close as possible. Thank you in advance looking for and answer and a solution asap

  • Regarding your question, For reducing the swelling of gums you have to maintain very good oral hyg along with regular brushing and flossing you can do warm saline rinses also which will help in reducing the swelling and you can massage the specifice swollen area with some gum paint available OTC.
