Is there any way to repair the perforation personally in the office or it must always be reffered to an endodontist?

  • If the perforation is easily accessible then using MTA helps in repairing the perforation. You can mix MTA and apply on the perforation site. This gives good results but if it is complicated and is not easily accessible then it is better to refer the patient to Endo. s such the prognosis of the tooth which is perforated is not very good. Chances of failure are more.
