i was vigorously brushing with my soft toothbrush and the gum above my canine tooth started to bleed. i know i may have inrritated it. now it's a little sore a like a white strip on the gum. what could this be.

  • This is just because of gum injury. Donot brush vigourously but gently, be careful not to irritate the gum further. Do warm saline rinses 2-3 times a day as these will help in healing process.
